Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles Century City, New York or Washington D.C. is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to manage lateral partner recruitment logistics, candidate communications, and related due diligence.

This role offers a hybrid work model (on-site and remote) with a focus on maintaining recruiting records, coordinating schedules, and building relationships with search consultants and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years attorney recruiting experience.
• Experience with Flo Recruit preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiting agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records in Flo Recruit and the Firm's databases.
• Monitor recruiting workflows to ensure timely progression of candidates through the process.
