Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the firm's lateral partner recruiting function.

The role involves coordinating interviews, onboarding, and communications with candidates, agencies, and leadership, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The position follows a hybrid work model with on-site and remote days as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years attorney recruiting experience.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tech; Flo Recruit preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment including interview scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, biographies, business plans, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and other databases.
• Monitor recruitment workflows to ensure timely advancement of candidates.
• Oversee relationships with legal search consultants and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including background checks and conflicts reviews.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for the Director of Partner Recruiting.
