Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support lateral partner recruitment across offices, including Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating interviews, communications, due diligence, onboarding, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site and remote flexibility, and involves managing relationships with search consultants, agencies, and leadership to move candidates through the hiring process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with three or more years of attorney recruiting experience or coordinating recruiting activities at a large law firm.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, Flo Recruit preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, virtual meeting platforms, document management systems, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Prepare interview materials, biographies, business plans, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and other databases.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely movement of candidates through recruitment stages.
• Maintain relationships with search consultants and agencies.
• Oversee and manage fee agreement databases with external search consultants.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including background checks and conflicts reviews.
