Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support lateral partner recruiting activities across multiple offices, including Dallas. The role requires coordinating interviews, communications, due diligence, onboarding, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of attorney recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating attorney or partner recruiting initiatives at a large law firm.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment including interviews, travel, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare interview schedules, candidate materials, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and other databases; ensure timely progress through processes.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
