Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience, plus proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office. This is a hybrid role with some on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience.
• Experience with Flo Recruit and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interviews and travel.
• Prepare interview materials, biographies, and evaluations.
• Maintain recruiting records and reports in Flo Recruit.
• Manage confidentiality and professional relationships with search consultants.
• Support Director of Partner Recruiting with special projects.
