Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely close, forecasting, and planning while partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business.

You will report to the segment CFO and operate from Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule, coaching staff and driving forecast accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Experience with month-end close and reclassing/ accrual entries.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, weekly deliverables, MOR decks, MD&A commentary and AOP processes.
• Develop direct reports through coaching, storytelling to leadership, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align objectives and strengthen finance confidence.
• Consolidate multiple LOBs for the ESM segment and raise significant variances to the CFO.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive execution in the organization.
