Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning across the ESM segment. You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business, drive forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and commitments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Comfortable with month-end close, booking reclassing and accrual journal entries.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with peers, subordinates and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close, weekly Pulse Deliverables, MOR decks, MD&A commentary and AOP processes.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach on storytelling for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to align with business objectives and build trust in the Finance organization.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business into the ESM portfolio and escalate significant variances to the CFO.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive action items from meetings.
