Job summary

Stine Seed Company in the United States seeks an Independent Sales Representative for Virginia. You will cover Essix, Caroline, Hanover, Middlesex, King and Queen, King William, and New Kent counties, building relationships and driving seed sales.

You’ll leverage agronomic expertise, manage accounts, and work with regional support to reach ambitious targets. This full-time role offers an opportunity for significant earnings through commissions and a monthly draw.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiation ability.
• Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals for the district.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, personally or through a designated seller.
