Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Garrett and Allegany counties in Maryland to grow sales and partnerships with dealers and growers. The role emphasizes agronomic product knowledge, strong relationship building, and self-motivated performance in a growing national seed company.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in ag, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in dealer development and achieving sales targets.

Formación

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.
• Ability to build/maintain strong grower relationships and understand their needs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic/technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Develop relationships with customers and potential customers directly or via a designated seller.
