Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist in a hybrid Lakewood, CO setting. You will manage customer orders in SAP, document details in Salesforce, and communicate mostly by email.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable written communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems with internal teams. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred; bilingual Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of customer service, order entry, or order management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while handling detailed customer requests.
• Excellent written communication skills for email-focused interactions.

Aufgaben

• Receive customer purchase orders and accurately enter orders into SAP.
• Document customer and order information in Salesforce.
• Communicate primarily via email; some phone interactions for clarification.
• Contact customers for order clarifications or additional information as needed.
• Monitor orders for exceptions and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal sales to resolve order questions or exceptions.
• Coordinate shipping instructions and commitments with the warehouse.
• Respond to product, order, and service inquiries from customers.
• Route technical questions to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional correspondence.
• Provide coverage during customer support hours.
