Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, order entry or order management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or French is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer purchase orders and accurately enter orders into SAP.
• Document customer and order information in Salesforce.
• Communicate primarily through email, with some phone interactions for clarification.
• Provide customers with accurate order updates and clarify information when needed.
• Coordinate shipping instructions with the warehouse and internal sales teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional written correspondence.
• Support customer service coverage during business hours.
