The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting to ensure exceptional service to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry through delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, shipping, and returns.
• Process returns, credits, debit memos, and customer adjustments.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting to resolve issues.
• Research issues and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Maintain a professional, positive, customer-focused attitude.
