Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, seeks an Account Representative in a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

The program offers a competitive first-year compensation ranging from $42,400 to $47,400 plus a salary and bonus structure, with mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Kimball Midwest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer locations within the assigned territory.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided prior to joining.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory.
• Proactively prospect and cold call to grow book of business.
• Plan weekly visits to drive territory growth and priorities.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company sales programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities in company systems.
