Job summary

Compensation includes 1st year plans from $42,400 to $47,400 with salary and bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement and benefits such as medical, dental and 401k.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within territory with insurance coverage minimums.
• BYOD usage as required by the company policy.
• Agreement to Employment Terms and Exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize customer visits for territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality, focusing on American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
