Kimball Midwest seeks an Account Representative in a hybrid role to build strong customer relationships, understand business needs, and identify opportunities within the assigned territory. You will participate in a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and develop skills for advancement.

The position involves a structured sales program, ongoing coaching, and a path toward a sales representative role, with a focus on customer service and territory growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within designated territory and comply with insurance requirements.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal devices.
• Signed Employment Agreement or amended exhibits prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory and understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and emphasize American-made lines.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet/exceed quotas via company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in the system and report cost-savings.
