Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and skills to advance to a sales representative position.

The role includes a robust benefits package and a compensation plan with salary plus bonus. You will travel within a designated territory, build relationships, and contribute to growth as the company aims to double sales in five years.

Formación

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within the territory.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsabilidades

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plans week in advance to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers and explain value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas following proven programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
