Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role to begin a two-year training program, gaining sales experience, product knowledge and the skills to advance to a sales representative.

The compensation plan for the first year ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with a base salary and bonus structure, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursements. Kimball Midwest is a national distributor focused on American-made products.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining coverage and requirements
• BYOD policy compliance using personal device
• Willingness to sign an Employment Agreement

Aufgaben

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to prove value and quality to customers.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas through our training programs.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in our systems.
