Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

The position offers a first-year compensation plan ranging from $42,400 to $47,400 plus a bonus structure, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical, dental, life and disability

Qualifications

• Ability to move to customer locations within the assigned territory and meet with customers and associates.
• Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) compliant personal device required.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review prior to signing.
• Two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop to a sales role.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality, highlighting American-made options.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers.
