Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a Hybrid role. The position begins with a two-year training program to build sales experience, product knowledge, and skills for future advancement.

Responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships, prospecting new business, planning routes, demonstrating products, and meeting sales quotas. First-year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with salary and bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within designated territory and meet customers.
• Compliance with BYOD policy and company agreements.
• Willingness to sign an Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Prospect and cold-call to grow book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize growth and meetings.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs.
• Input daily activities and report back cost-savings to customers.
