Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring an Account Representative on a hybrid schedule in the United States. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

In the first year, compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with a salary and bonus structure. The role includes mileage and cell phone reimbursement, plus comprehensive medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships in a designated territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and Territory growth.
• Demonstrate product value; emphasize American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following training programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
