Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to provide exceptional sales and service support for assigned customer accounts at a packaging distributor. The role combines customer service with purchasing and collaborates with account managers and outside sales, reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead.

The position offers hybrid work with three days in the office. You will manage orders, verify prices, gather payment details, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Customer service and purchasing experience (up to 5 years preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with business software.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for assigned customers, handling their calls and emails and supporting account managers and internal teams.
• Enter, confirm and expedite sales orders (direct-ship, warehouse, decorated and off-site jobs), including ship-to details and pick-ticket notes.
• Audit selling prices, create item numbers and gather customer credit, tax-exempt and payment details.
• Help account managers with early project work, decoration samples, art folders, ink matches, tooling orders and change requests.
• Keep customer files current on the shared drive, including specs, artwork, quotes, correspondence, complaints and sales reports.
• Track inventory and just-in-time programs, and get freight rates from the warehouse and shipping teams.
• Process customer credits and short payments.
• Send quality complaints to the quality team for follow-up
