Job summary

The Account Coordinator (AC) at US Foods supports Account Executives by prioritizing, preparing, and pursuing customer opportunities. The AC uses contracts, products, services, and tools to facilitate the selling process and drive profitable growth.

This hybrid role is mostly remote with about 10 percent onsite at West Region distribution centers, including Anchorage. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, PST, with occasional in-office training once a month.

Qualifications

• Three years in a sales, sales support or sales analysis role with a track record.
• Experience with analytics and presenting findings.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn US Foods systems (eCommerce, SOUS, PRISM, SODS, CDMR, Tandem).

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support and own assigned AE requests.
• Participate in weekly AE collaboration calls to plan activities.
• Prepare customer reviews and reporting to drive profitability.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of new customers.
