Job summary

D&H Distributing Co. is seeking a customer-facing specialist to blend sales with service, supporting customers and the sales team. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and ensure accurate account data in our CRM.

The role includes order processing, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to service levels. This hybrid role allows Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL basing, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and EC-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of calls and respond to inquiries (ETA, pricing, inventory).
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Process orders and returns via phone, email, and data interfaces in CCA.
• Support Sales Reps and their accounts to meet targets.
• Adhere to attendance policies and company procedures.
