Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer jobs from order approval to finished product. The role acts as the heartbeat of the project team, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and closure with excellent communication across departments.

Responsibilities include scheduling, project monitoring, interdepartmental coordination, risk mitigation, and proactive customer updates. 2–3 years in a service role and proficiency in ERP/Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a customer service or support role.
• Experience overseeing customer orders or projects through lifecycle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and forecast project completion.
• Create and release job tickets to support production.
• Enter customer orders in ERP and manage changes/returns.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce to communicate with customers and management.
• Provide timely updates on project status and resolve issues.
