Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer jobs from order approval through production, acting as the project team heartbeat. You’ll support planning, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role leverages Salesforce and PrintVis, with emphasis on accurate data entry, proactive updates, and excellent service. We offer competitive hourly pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• Experience overseeing and/or supporting customer orders or projects through full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or packaging environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and timelines to forecast project completion.
• Create and release job tickets and enter orders in ERP system (PrintVis).
• Coordinate with on-site planners and cross-functional teams to update customers.
• Track milestones and ensure timely project delivery and updates to customers.
• Communicate project status and manage customer inquiries and issues.
