VoIP Supply is seeking an Operations & Sales Coordinator to act as a bridge across Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales. This hybrid role supports supply chain efficiency and exceptional client satisfaction while enabling key sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems, and coordinates with internal teams and customers to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or purchasing support.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating ERP systems, CRM software and modern office tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Multitasking across three functional areas throughout the day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor negotiation and client-facing service.
• High degree of accuracy in data entry, order verification, and tracking numbers.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Supply Chain Support: generate, issue, and track POs to hardware manufacturers and distributors.
• Vendor operations: follow up with suppliers on lead times, backorders, ship dates, and order acknowledgments.
