Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer jobs from order approval to finished product. You will provide frontline service and coordinate with Sales, Production and Quality teams to ensure accurate timelines and a best-in-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in customer service, familiarity with order entry in ERP systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience supporting customer orders or projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer jobs from order approval to finished product.
• Provide timely customer service and communicate project updates.
• Create and release job tickets for production and enter orders in ERP (PrintVis).
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and update customers on timelines.
