• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the assigned territory to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively contact potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and justify the spend.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity records in internal systems.
