Qualifications

• Requirements: Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within geographic area while maintaining insurance coverage minimums.
• BYOD policy requires use of personal device compliant with company policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s) provided for review before signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: build strong customer relationships in a designated territory to identify needs and opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business in the territory.
• Plan weekly activities in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to show value and quality of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established sales programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
