Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) in the United States to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue. You will manage a territory, perform cold calls, plan weekly activities, and demonstrate our American-made products to achieve sales goals.

The role offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings targeted between $55,000 and $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance
• BYOD policy compliant personal device use
• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibit prior to signing

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers in designated territory.
• Prospect and cold-call potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly activities and prioritize territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made goods.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Input daily sales activities and report back on cost savings for customers.
