Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate revenue within a designated territory.

You will manage relationships, prospect new business, plan weekly growth, and report sales activities. The role offers uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package, with a first-year compensation range of $55,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the territory as needed.
• BYOD usage per company policy and adherence to employment agreements.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in a designated territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly growth and prioritize customer visits.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
