Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers in a hybrid role. You will promote products, develop territory, and drive revenue within assigned markets.

This position offers uncapped commissions with a first-year target across a wide range, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel within territory and to company meetings.
• Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policy compliance required.
• Ability to execute Employment Agreement provisions as reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs.
