Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role, combining field and in-office activities to engage existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and drive sales revenue.

You will work in a national distributor known for American-made products, with uncapped commissions and first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance and a 401k with deferred compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area while holding required insurance coverage minimums
• Use of personal electronic device in compliance with BYOD policy
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibits

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
