Job summary

Kimball Midwest is a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products. A Sales Representative in a hybrid role engages existing and prospective customers to promote products and drive revenue in a designated territory.

You will cultivate relationships, prospect new business, plan weekly routes, demonstrate products, and maintain accurate activity records, with uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• The ability to travel within the territory while maintaining required insurance.
• Own device compliant with the BYOD policy.
• Must sign and adhere to the Employment Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory and understand business needs.
• Effectively cold call potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritise growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in systems.
