Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in the United States. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue while supporting a multi-product portfolio and field service.

The incumbent will travel within the territory, maintain records, and participate in training programs to drive growth. The position offers uncapped commissions with a first-year range of $55,000-$95,000, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate new business through proactive outreach.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly visits to optimize territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate product value and quality to customers, emphasizing American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
