Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers in a hybrid role. You will promote products, manage relationships, and generate sales revenue in a defined territory.

This position offers uncapped commissions, first-year earnings potential of $55,000 to $95,000, and a benefits package including medical, dental, life and 401k. Travel to customer sites within the territory and collaboration with internal teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated geographic area.
• BYOD device usage as required.
• Employment Agreement signed prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Prospect new customers and grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly visits to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product value and American-made emphasis.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
