Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative in a hybrid role to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue across a defined territory.

The position offers uncapped commissions with a first-year target range of $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan. Travel within the territory is expected, with adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the assigned geographic area and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Compliance with the company BYOD policy for personal devices.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s) prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality; emphasize American-made products where possible.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company’s programs and training.
• Input daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers in the field.
