Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in a designated territory. You will engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and contribute to revenue growth.

This position offers uncapped commissions and a compensation plan in year one totaling $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet customers.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and use a personal device per BYOD policy.
• Must sign Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: build strong customer relationships in the designated territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling & prospecting: cold call potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & priority setting: plan weekly routes to grow the territory and prioritize stops.
• Product knowledge: demonstrate products to show value and benefits; emphasize U.S.-made focus.
• Achieve sales goals: meet or exceed quotas using our sales programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
