Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in Pennsylvania for a hybrid role focused on engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products, and driving revenue growth.

You will manage a designated territory with uncapped commissions and a first-year earnings range of $55k-$95k, plus comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, life, disability, 401k and deferred compensation. Training supports growth toward doubling sales over five years.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within assigned geographic area while maintaining insurance coverage.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal device usage.
• Must sign Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business by engaging potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
