Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue within a designated territory.

This role offers uncapped commissions and first-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to move to meetings within geographic area
• Must be willing to sign and comply with Employment Agreement

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow a book of business
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers and showcase value
• Achieve sales goals by following established programs and training
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems
