Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is hiring a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a hybrid role. You will manage territory relationships, perform prospecting, plan weekly activities, demonstrate products, and aim to hit quotas while maintaining records in our systems.

Compensation includes uncapped commissions and a first-year target of $55,000 to $95,000 plus

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and building customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain required insurance.
• Comfort with adhering to an Employment Agreement and exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand their needs and grow the book of business.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate new business through targeted outreach and lead generation.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Schedule weekly activities to optimize territory coverage.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and articulate value to customers, emphasizing American-made options.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities in company systems.
