Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue.

The role offers uncapped commissions and a first-year compensation plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k and a deferred compensation plan. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and participate in E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory and maintain required insurance.
• BYOD compliant personal device usage.
• Signed Employment Agreement per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers in the designated territory.
• Cold call and prospect new customers to grow the book.
• Plan weekly routes to grow territory.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made goods.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs.
• Maintain daily sales activity records and report cost savings to customers.
