You will cultivate relationships, prospect new business, and plan weekly territory activities while delivering solutions that reflect our focus on quality and American-made products.

The role offers uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings projected between $55,000 and $95,000, plus medical, dental, life and disability

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the territory while maintaining required insurance.
• Use of personal electronic device compliant with BYOD policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement or revised exhibit prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management within designated territory to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly stops and territory growth; prioritize opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to show value and quality of offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following training programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
