Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in which you will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue. The position includes uncapped commissions, first-year pay range of $55,000–$95,000, and mileage plus cell phone reimbursement.

You will manage relationships in your territory, prospect new business, plan weekly routes, and demonstrate our American-made products to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to cultivate customer relationships in a designated territory.
• Proven prospecting and cold‑calling skills.
• Strong weekly planning to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Knowledge of products to demonstrate value of American-made offerings.
• Track and report sales activities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
