Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers in a California territory, promoting maintenance, repair, and operations products and generating sales revenue. Qualifications

• Ability to move to/from customer locations and meetings within the assigned territory while maintaining required insurance coverage.
• Use of personal electronic device compliant with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement as provided to the associate for review.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly activity to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality, highlighting American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following our training programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers.
