Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote our maintenance and repair products, and generate sales revenue in a defined territory.

You will manage relationships, prospect new business, plan calls, demonstrate products, and execute our proven sales processes to hit quotas. First-year compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 with uncapped commissions, plus health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area to visit customers and attend meetings.
• Compliance with BYOD policy for using personal devices.
• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through our training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
