Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue.

You will manage a designated territory, perform cold calling, and contribute to achieving sales goals through structured training and programs. First-year earnings range from $55,000 to $95,000 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to customer locations and meetings within the assigned territory.
• Must use a personal electronic device compliant with BYOD policy.
• Must execute the Employment Agreement as provided to the associate.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: grow a book of business by contacting potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes and prioritize growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity in company systems.
