Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role covering designated territory in Florida. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote a broad catalog of maintenance products, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and strategic selling.

In this position, you will rely on a proven sales process, sign an employment agreement, and use your BYOD device in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and meet insurance coverage requirements.
• BYOD device usage must comply with the company policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and any exhibits provided to the associate before signing.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and growth opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and prospect to expand the book of business.
• Plan weekly activities in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to show value and American-made focus.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas through a proven sales program and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
