Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role serving an assigned territory in the United States. You will engage existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue growth.

You will travel within the territory, manage relationships, and execute our proven sales processes to meet or exceed quotas while leveraging uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within assigned territory.
• Must adhere to company BYOD policy and employment agreements.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: actively seek new customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs.
• Reporting: keep accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
