Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and associates' locations within territory while maintaining required insurance
• BYOD policy compliance required
• Execution of Employment Agreement reviewed prior to signing

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting value and American-made focus.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
